Our data collection of competitors products is one of the most important parts in our solution and you will take care of its collection, quality checks and production delivery. This is the heart of our product Price Optimisation and it needs some care and attention.
As today, we do have many manual steps which we want to automatise and make the whole project more performant; in order to focus more on the most important phases instead.
We are gonna introduce a new monitoring system which will allow us to have more control over our data and provide much better quality to our customers!
In order to do this, you will be facing daily challenges; you will need a creative and proactive mindset to get around them and improve them day by day.
You will be responsible for taking what we call "website configurations" and follow them step by step from the actual data collection, to quality checks and their actual delivery to production.
You will be working with a data scientist to plan and execute our "product matching" using different strategies, less or more complex.
A good knowledge of unix systems and cloud platforms is an awesome plus!
Some of the technologies you will work with:
Selenium, Java 8/9+, Python, Maven, REST APIs, Mongo DB, Grafana and whatever tool you will suggest to control, organise and smooth the process of web export.
