hela Sverige ParaCell is providing project services to the telecom and IT sector since 2005 (www.paracell.se) and has since 2010 developed our own system for our staffing business, i.e. managing our prospects/contracts and connecting those to our subcontractors that we allocate for specific projects.
The system has been developed on Groovy/GRAILS, Java, Javascript, JQuery, Tomcat and MySQL.
The system is today aligned with the company's business processes and is optimized for staffing business and includes a basic CRM. We need now to strengthen the organisation with a skilled developer in order to take the system to the next level.
Scope of work:
1) To introduce new technical features for a Recruitment module besides the existing Staffing capabilities.
2) Development and implementation and bugfixes on the existing technical platform, the Staffing module.
3) To make the application more generic and possible to customise for possible external party.
4) To integrate external websites into the system, for publishing of vacancies and applicants applying to such communicating directly with the system (today done in separate channel)
5) To introduce a candidate log-in ("my_pages") where the candidate can register his CV and then apply for different vacancies, get updates on new jobs based on his set preferences etc.
You will be supported by our own staff and the external consultants that are working in a similar project based on the same technical platform (Groovy/GRAILS, Java). There will be tight cooperation with users of the system.
This assignment is a chance to work with the very latest Groovy/GRAILS technology and be part of bringing a new product to the market.
