We are now looking for a skilled Java developer to join them,could that be you?
OFFERAs a Java developer, you would join their teamworking on the payment platform.As a developer at Paf, you will work in a close-knit team with colleagues who share a passion for delivering top-quality products, enabling great gaming experiences for a global and diverse audience.

Work Location:
Office in central Stockholm (with lots of activities such as themed parties and after work, breakfasts every week, gym, group training etcetera)
A hybrid arrangement, where you work from the office a few days each week.
You can also choose to work abroad for 3 months a year. The only requirement is to work approximately the same hours as your colleagues.
THE TEAM & ROLE DESCRIPTION The role places you in the payment team consisting of 4highly experienced and skilled developers, where openness and everyone's contributions and opinions are valued.
You will participate in the entire development lifecycle of their payment platform, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.Utilize your Java expertise to influence architectural decisions and understand their long-term implications.
Along with this, you will collaborate on developing a robust, secure, and scalable payment platform, focusing exclusively on backend development.

YOUR BACKGROUNDWe are looking for someone who easily engages with others and values working in a team to achieve common goals. Being super skilled as a developer is one thing, but you're also humble and open to learning new things.Seen to the technical aspects, you have at least3 years of experience as a Java developer with working experience from:
Modern Java and Spring Boot.
Kafka and PostgreSQL.
AWS or other cloud platforms.
Additional skills that make you stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of Open Banking and PSD2 regulations, reflecting an understanding of the latest standards in financial technology.
Prior experience in the payment processing domain.
Formal education and diplomas are not our main priority,a lot can be compensated with:
