We are currently looking for a Java Developer with a genuin interest in technology who wants to be a part of our journey to become the largest and most engaged meeting spot for games in the Nordic region. ATG is a modern betting company owned by the Swedish Trotting Association, located by Sweden's largest horse racing track, Solvalla. Our successful concept is built upon our ability to develop advanced pay solutions, handle large transaction volumes, and to administrate these for the optimal performance and utility.
As a Java Developer, you will be a part of our team Digital Sales channel working at the very heart of ATG, with millions of customers depending on the quality of your code. You will get the opportunity to grow in a booming industry, focusing on solutions for business-critical websites. You will work with a broad perspective in how we should evolve our game site and influence the architecture, performance and long-term solutions. The team consists of both backend and frontend developers, and it would be preferable that you can navigate between the stacks. We believe that you set great pride in your solutions and always strive to deliver your best.
To succeed in this position, you are comfortable working in teams and value effective communication. We have daily meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within IT. Furthermore, we would like to see that you are driven and like to stay updated on new technical solutions for your, and your teams, development. We are working with Continuous Delivery and test automatization and would like your to be a part of driving this progress forward with us.
We believe that you have at least 7 years of work experience and therefor have knowledge within
• Spring Boot 2
• Java 8
• Hazelcast or other distributed cache experience
• Java Message Services
• Maven
• Junit & Mockito
• Javascript
• React
• Redux
• Node.js
It is also beneficial if you have experience within
• The betting industry
• Transaction intensive systems
• AWS, Microservices and OpenShift
• working in a larger organization
