We want to hire Java Developers to our IT Development - Online Services team.
Our IT organization consists of approx. 200 people and you will be part of the IT Development - Online Services team. This team is responsible for the development of 3's web sites and services.
We are a diverse and dynamic group consisting of product owners, developers, business analysts and testers. We work in self organizing agile teams that deliver functionality for sales, self-service and service via several different channels. We work in close cooperation with our internal clients in our Swedish and Danish organizations.
This is what you will do
As a Java developer you have a central role in realizing our vision to create an unmatched customer experience at 3's websites. You have a close dialogue with our clients, analysts, architects, and testers to understand the business requirements but even to help the business to understand our technical prerequisites and to suggest different possible solutions.
You will primarily work with backend development, but some frontend work can be expected.
We mainly code in Java8 and Spring Boot, using REST for API:s. Other languages, tools and techniques we use are Scala and Play, Groovy and Grails, Git, Jenkins, Gradle, Ansible and ReactJS.
This is what you need to succeed
You are energetic, outgoing, and accustomed to building relationships with the client and the team. You enjoy being part of the team but have no problem taking initiative to drive changes to better our sites and services.
You have a passion for Software Development. You have experience with Java and Springboot.
You probably have knowledge in frontend development, REST for API:s, and have worked with agile development and continuous delivery.
