Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Java/Azure Developer to lead the design and development of complex software solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Azure, and microservices architecture to build scalable and high-performing systems. As a senior member of our team, you will also contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions using microservices architecture.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning to align with business goals.
Ensure software quality, security, and performance by applying industry best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, architecture, and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions within project timelines.
Daily Tasks:
Implement robust and scalable microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.
Develop and integrate Azure Functions and API Gateways for seamless functionality.
Design and optimize data storage solutions using NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with technical standards.
Minimum Technical Skills:
Proven experience designing and developing complex systems with microservices architecture.
Advanced knowledge of Java 17 and Spring Boot 3 frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and API Gateways.
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Leadership & Experience Level:
Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical and leadership background.
Excellent ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
