Exciting opportunity to join our office in Stockholm!
We are looking for a Japanese speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team here.
Your place at the table
As part of our team based in Stockholm, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and a team that is committed to deliver the best customer service in the entire gaming industry.
As a customer service agent you will work in a busy 24/7 contact centre. In our dynamic team you will be responsible for handling escalated technical poker and casino related issues from customers by e-mail, telephone and chat within defined service levels. You will also handle verification, qualification and communication of all poker and casino incidents in the live environment.
Your skills and experience
You are fluent in English and Japanese, both oral and written. Overall, communication skills are important.
We would like to see that you are service minded. Preferably you also have experience from working within the customer service business. It is a plus but not a requirement if you have technical knowledge and experience from helpdesk or computer support.
Your profile
As a professional, you are solution orientated and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines. You are also able to manage multi-level relationships and prepare responses to customer requirements using your network thinking.
You are team-orientated and outgoing and have the ability to put the customer in focus. We think you have an analytical mind and know how to find the information you need to give the proper assistance.
