Areas of responsibility
• Overall Responsible for full marketing team with part of the team direclty reporting in - as per org chart.

Objectives
• Responsible for creating clear marketing plan for various concepts and sales channels
• Sport
• Fashion
• Retail
• E-com/internal & external
• Wholesale
• Communicate and align the plan with key stakeholders and make sure that plan will be executed with right timing and quality

Working Tasks

• Set the overall marketing calendar together with key stakeholders and make sure that we stick to plan and that plan are clealy communicated out ot organization and key stake holdes
• Initiate alignment meetings and steer feedback from key stakeholders and take out key learnings and implement.
• Budget responsebiltiy for full team - set the yearly budget and make sure we keep
• Take the lead on how we can be 2 steps ahead regarding our communication strategy.
• Make sure that we activate 360 strategy in our commiuncation - so that we will have maximum output.
• Work very close with our China HQ to optimize the collaboration and make sure we fulfill the needs they have
• Manage, motivate, evaluate and set clear goals for individual members in marketing team
• Work close with Brand Director Sport to make sure we capture the full potential and maximize our internal resources
• Make sure that we have right people on right position and right split between inhouse and external - so that we utilize the resources that we have in best possible way to achieve maximum output in line with expectation.
