We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of ITSM to further develop our global Store IT Services in alignment with strategic goals such as; shorter time to market, increased efficiency, stable, scalable and sustainable operations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders and have an important role in increasing store satisfaction by enabling and improving IT delivery efficiency.
The role includes, but are not limited to, the below areas with an initial focus on Store IT Service Portfolio Management;
• Set up of ways of working & processes for Service Portfolio Management
• Define and implement Service Catalogue for Store IT Services together with Service owners and other key stakeholders
• Analyze and drive improvement activities regarding Professional services (Cross functional services covering the operational life cycle of a store; Open, Change/Move and Close)

Your responsibilities
The job of a project manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes both tactical and operational tasks;
• Define and align Service Portfolio management scope
• Define and implement processes and detailed way of working (e.g. governance, reporting and review requirements) within Service Portfolio Management
• Analyze and maintain a holistic view of the current Service Portfolio management and performance
• Drive and coordinate continuous improvement activities related to Service Portfolio management and Professional Services with different key stakeholders (e.g. Service Delivery, Principal Suppliers etc.)
• Analyze and align global service requirement process with key stakeholders

• Experience from IT Service Management
• Experience from Service Delivery and/or Service Desk
• Experience from Stakeholder Management
• Meriting if experience from Supplier Management
• Swedish and English in writing and speaking
