As an ITSM Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our IT service management processes to ensure they align with industry best practices and meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with various IT teams to implement, manage, and improve ITSM processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure processes are followed and service levels are met.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on ITSM processes and best practices.
• Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ITSM standards.
• Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL 4 framework and related tool (e.g. ServiceNow).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, especially under time constraints.
• Communication skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating collaboration between different teams and business stakeholders.
