Traditionally the appliance industry has been all about Hardware. Today, in the eye of IoT, voice assistants and autonomous systems, Software is increasingly entering the center stage to be married with hardware for a winning product. As such, Electrolux is looking for a Scrum Master Team Lead to strengthen the software development team and scale our development efforts with a good flow.
In this role, YOU will serve a system development team that delivers an API product to manage our connected consumer appliances, their users and data. The API product is used by several consumer facing app development teams, both inside and outside Electrolux, with common integrations to third party services. We work side-by-side with our product management team, hardware project managers and UX design team. We foster a Build-Measure-Learn environment where everyone plays an active part in creating awesome customer experiences.
This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof. And Electrolux is committed to attract, keep and enable a diverse team to own and deliver in all defined areas.
Your everyday challenge
Participating in OKR definitions, running team OKR breakdowns and visualizing the teams KR
Facilitating analysis of new product needs together with product managers, development partners, UX and system designers
Defining, updating and visualizing release plans for the development of our products together with product managers
Defining, updating and visualizing the development backlog with enough detail
Facilitating iteration planning with the team
Facilitating demos and managing feedback loops
Facilitating retrospectives and other improvement activities
Visualizing status and plans for external stakeholders
Having a holistic understanding of our situation to be able to prioritize day-to-day activities
Speaking the languages of people, products, technology, time and money fluently
Who you are
Great communicator, quick learner, excellent at explaining
Enthusiastic about creating and improving ways of working
Confident but without personal prestige
Knows how to manage work time and priorities in a sustainable way
Thriving on cooperation and getting things done
What we expect
5+ years of experience in developing systems or products
2+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner
2+ years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
Ability to drive backlog creation, refinement, grooming etc.
Proficient in creating, visualizing and maintaining iteration and release plans
Ability to lead and coach teams in both technical and soft skills
