MultiMind is looking for an Italian speaking Sales support manager for the world's leading IT company in Stockholm. This is an exciting, consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible till 12months with great possibility for extension.

About our client: Our client is a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. The company is in the market for more than 20 years with a worldwide presence.

Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests. Support requests from Partners in Italy and nearby countries with requests for pricing and configurations.

Provide training and configuration resources and solutions to partners and customers; ensure they are established as successful.

Work alongside partner management also with retention and expansion sales teams to identify the opportunities within the market, and to find the best partners for business. Provide the ultimate in client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserve.

Requirements: Relevant online or offline sales experience in collaboration software suites or similar (Box, Slack, MSFT 0365).

Extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and proven ability to work well with a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch a comprehensive client product over the telephone to high-end prospects and partners.

Requirement to interact with and manage internal systems for approvals and generation of quotes.

Proven technical ability customer-relationship managemen t (CRM) systems ( Salesforce ).

Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
