WORKTASKS
EasyPark is a fast-growing tech company characterized by entrepreneurship, innovation and drive. For the Stockholm office we are now searching for a Customer Care Representative with language skills in Italian. This is a full time-assignment for initially six months and you will be employed through Studentwork.
In this role you will be part of a growing team, currently around 10 people working towards the Emerging Markets of the EasyPark footprint. Currently, this means Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Slovenia and Switzerland. You will be working towards the Italian market, through phone calls, E-mail and social media. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks and work to improve EasyPark's customer satisfaction.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who always puts the customer first and has a feeling for providing a professional Customer Experience. You are an independent, thorough and social teamplayer who likes working in a high pace environment. You are curious and likes to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and try out new things to develop and grow. You have the ability to reflect over things you do well and things you could do better. Feedback is something you welcome and humbleness is a keyword. You are fluent in Italian both written and spoken. It is a big plus if you have been working in customer service or in a similar role before.
