Are you fluent in speaking and writing in Italian and English? Are you interested in a position within customer service and want to work for an international IT company? Then we might have the position for you!

For our client, an international IT company, we are now looking for an Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Representative with great communicational skills who is going to have a focus on customer experience and to handle administrative cases for the Southern European region.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be in contact with both end users and partners via telephone, support tickets, and through chat. Your main tasks will be:
• Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
• Work with customer and RMA partners regarding returns or DOA's / warranty exchanges
• Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required
• Collaborate with various internal departments and offices on RMA returns and credits
• Work with a case driven system where you have the final responsibility towards the customer for concluding and closing your cases
• At a professional communication level, maintain a good dialogue with the customer throughout the resolution of a support case
• Follow up on unpaid invoices
• Handle the licensing requests

the position is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting are responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be hired directly by our client. It is a full-time position, Monday - Friday with regular working hours, based in Lund, Sweden. Start date is as soon as possible.

Profil
As a Customer Services Representative, you must have excellent communication and problem solving skills with the eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Proactive and self-motivated, you'll also be committed to constantly seeking new ways to improve the customer experience. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a passion for technology with the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment.

To become a potential candidate for the position, you fulfil the requirements below:
• Minimum 1 year of customer support operations experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Relevant experience in administrative coordination role
• Passion for new Technologies
• Eager to learn continuously
• Basic computer and application experience, for example Microsoft Excel and image/video editing
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both verbal and written

You are furthermore required to have a Swedish Working Permit (not compulsory for EU citizens).
