Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this position you have a vital role in the service and support of the company. Namely, you are the key player for the customer satisfaction and the main point of contact. You will handle all the administrative tasks and by telephone and e-mail respond to incoming requests from customers and companies. Furthermore, as an administration/customer service agent you will have a full insight in many part orders, from the initial contact to the final destination. For instance, you will purchase, execute and follow-up on orders. A lot of the administration tasks will therefore be executed in SAP. To succeed in this role you need to have excellent communication skills, so as written and verbal. Alongside this, you will have a close cooperation with the European market companies.
KvalifikationerEducation: former education within relevant subject.
Experience: prior experience from a similar role within customer service and support.
System requirements: MS Office, it is meritorious if you have been working or are familiar with SAP.
Language requirements: You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Meritorious: Previously experience from the logistics and IT area.
We are looking for an Italian speaking, serviceminded and result-oriented person. You easily understand work instructions, work processes and try to solve tasks in the most efficient way. Furthermore, you are a teamplayer, with excellent communication skills, who prefer to collaborate with your colleagues. You are a driven person who likes to take initiatives and are open to new changes. Of course, you are a leading star within customer service.
