• Serve as an in-house IT-technician for dental clinics in the Greater Stockholm area.
• Provide IT-support and other technical assistance as required.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and IT-infrastructure.
• Respond to problem resolution requests.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to facilitate problem resolution.
• Install and maintain company hardware and software.
• Plan and execute workstation hardware maintenance.
• Plan and manage the deployment and maintenance of IT-products, services, and applications.
• Support management in IT procurement decisions.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate company IT-security procedures.
• Coordinate deployment plans for application and equipment roll-outs and upgrades.
• Perform data backup and restoration as required.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate must have knowledge of and be able to resolve complex technical and functional problems with a variety of business products and applications. The position also requires a good technical knowledge of basic desktop services (Windows, MS Office, email, etc) as well as a good understanding of hardware such as workstations and printers. Project management skills and the ability to facilitate the alignment and integration of technology and business plans are required. The successful candidate should have a good practical understanding of providing reliable, cost-effective solutions suited to small companies. Strong analytical and communication skills as well as 3 - 5 years' experience within a small or medium enterprise in a technical or management position are required. The successful candidate should have a four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience but must have a high school diploma.
