Barry Callebaut is looking for an IT-technician
Main accountabilities
You will be responsible for the deployment, support and operations of information technology architecture within the three sites: Kågerod (SE), Holstebro (DK), Norderstedt (DE). You will be located in Kågeröd where the main part of the job will be performed (70%). Flexibility is a 'plus', occasional travelling to the other sites is required.
Your focus will be on the local IT operations, covering local LAN, clients (desktops, laptops, printers), local print/file servers and Telecom (Voice & Mobile Data) in line with the Group's IT strategy. The department works closely with the Corporate IT in Belgium, and due to this, operation and maintenance of IT systems are optimized to a very high level.
Tasks
• Deploy and support local IT Infrastructure for the sites: Endpoints = Dell PC's / Portables / Canon MFP printers, local Dell Servers/storage , Trapeze Wireless Systems / Cisco LAN / Cisco VoIP telephony in line with Group IT standards.
• Manage the day to day workload of the IT department
• Manage the purchasing requirements for all Barry Callebaut IT Needs (Capex/Opex) and related cost centers
• Manage third party supplier relationships for all hard & software.
• Ensure the reliability of currently installed IT Systems, both servers and endpoints.
• Support the management team in Sweden to ensure IT involvement in business driven projects, very service minded communication is required with a result-oriented positive attitude. This includes time to time hands on work. Coordinate the management team with IT involvements for the other sites in DK and DE.
• Perform 2nd & 3th line trouble shooting/problem resolution in collaboration with local / international partners or Corporate Departments - Ensure professional "daily operations" of the IT infrastructure components, against SLA's and targeted cost levels and within the agreed procedures and guidelines
• Ensure the security of all data and the conformity of the IT Policies and procedures within both corporate requirements and local laws.
• Participate in Corporate IT projects which impact the supervised sites
• Ensure a professional follow up of all end user requests and work towards solutions within agreed SLO timeframes (technical support, assistance, training)
• Keep up to speed with "best-practice" evolution in respective technical area (market trends, adoption of technology by other multinational companies)
Experience / Education
You have relevant education and approximately 2-3 years experience in similar position with broad knowledge of server and network, preferably from a production company.
Requirements:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008
• Microsoft AD (Active Directory)
• Microsoft XP / Windows 7
• Microsoft Office 2010
• VMware( ESX platform / clients)
• Basic knowledge in Cisco
• Basic knowledge in Lotus Notes
It is an advantage if you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta, SAP, and Microsoft Share point, Markem or Claricom.
Language: you speak Swedish and English fluently
Willing to travel, depending on the on-going projects or urgency.
