We are currently looking for a IT-support to AGN Haga! AGN Haga is a joint venture owned by Italian Astaldi, Turkish Gülermak and Norwegian NRC Group, based in city center of Gothenburg, Sweden. AGN Haga has been awarded the contract to build Haga station (E04) and Kvarnberget lot (E03) which are two of five main construction projects of the West Link. It's a turnkey project in collaboration with the client Swedish transport administration, Trafikverket.
With expertise from all over Europe, AGN Haga is a multicultural workplace located in central of Gothenburg. AGN Haga has a passion for tunnels and construction and are proud to belong to Gothenburg's largest infrastructure project and write modern history.
Your main tasks will consist of:
• E-mail: Creating & closing accounts, administering, providing support.
• Telephony: Ordering, stock keeping, supporting.
• Computers: Assessment of individual and future need, installing and preparing, supporting and maintaining.
• Software: Planning & administering current & future need, renewing expiring licenses.
• Network: Planning, purchasing, mounting, configuring, maintaining, supporting.
• Procurement: All software, licenses, hardware, peripherals, printers, audiovisual equipment via suitable source.
• Knowledge transfer: Creating guides for the organization.
We at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process but the employment will be directly with AGN Haga. The position is full-time and the working hours are normal office hours. The position is scheduled to start as soon as we find the right candidate.

Competence and experience is important, although your personal qualities are the main key! We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured and thrives in a supportive role that requires very good communication skills. This role is suitable for you who has a good sense of service. It is natural for you to provide both fast and correct support in a consultative way.
In addition to this, we are happy to see that you have:
• Completed relevant upper secondary education, courses, YH (Yrkeshögskola) educations or other post-secondary education in IT and / or data
• Work experience in service and support - preferably technical support of some kind
• Confident with IPv4, configuration and troubleshooting
• Mastering Swedish & English well in text and speech.
