• Project leadership, ensuring that project objectives are achieved and that all projects are delivered on time, in budget, and to the required acceptance and quality standards.
• Leadership and management of matrix project teams including central resources, sub -contractor partners and vendors as required.
• Effective internal and external stakeholder management.
• Creation of lessons learnt feedback to drive continuous improvement of the Project delivery processes.
• Application of effective risk, issue and escalation management.
• Application of effective scope and change management including impact analysis and contract changes.
• Assist with engagement scoping and creation of accurate effort and cost estimates.
• Creation and management of accurate project schedule to clearly define task relationships, dependencies, key dates and critical path items.
• Creation of accurate project status reports-internal and external.
• Ownership and effective management of project review meetings, calls and tracking of action items.
• Proactive management of project costs, margin performance and provision of reports to key stakeholders.
• Application of agreed action plans to reduce costs while maintaining quality where required.
• Creation of accurate cost and revenue forecasts based on inputs from project team members and key stakeholders.
• Develop technical & business knowledge as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience handling IT Infrastructure and Networking services to Enterprise customer.

Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience handling IT Infrastructure and Networking services to Enterprise customer.
• Prince2/APM qualification.
• Experience of working in an environment adopting ITIL practices.
• Experience of working in an environment adopting Agile is desirable.
• Native level Swedish essential
• Business level English essential.
Job Travel: Some travel required, customer visits, Sofia operations centre (2-3 times PA).
