hela Sverige Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join our passionate team. The scope of the job includes managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope.
You will be part of the IT PMO team helping building world class solutions - and you will be a part of it from the very start of our journey. We believe that the ideal candidate has a strong ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts. Preferably you have a background in managing IT / infrastructure projects.
You have the experience to quickly develop strong working relationships with both IT and business teams. You can recognize risks that directly impacts the likelihood of success and that these risks must be both formally and informally measured throughout their lifetime of a project.
Travel to various project sites in Västerås, Skellefteå, Poland and Germany will be required for learning, requirements gathering, client meetings, engineering support and delivery as required.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create & manage project plans and schedules
- Monitor and manage project scope, resources and timelines
- Monitor and proactively minimise risks

Manage all documentation

Work with multiple projects simultaneously

Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Full time employment, fixed salary.
Planned starting date is asap.
Education/Experience
-
Around 1-3 years project coordination experience in IT or other technical role

Certifications in project management is an advantage

Great administrative abilities
Specific Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
