Today, Semper is the market leader within baby food in Sweden and Denmark. They continue to grow in the Nordics both within gluten free and baby food markets. The vision is to be the leading business within baby food, gluten free and nutrition. To be able to reach that goal, Semper needs to recruit more engaged employees that contribute with competence, innovative and new ideas. Semper has around 240 employees in the Nordics. Most of them work at the headquarter in Sundbyberg and in the production in Götene. Semper also has a gluten free bakery in Falun and offices in Helsinki, Oslo and Copenhagen. Since 2006, Semper is owned by Hero AG, an international food group.
Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the position as IT-manager you will represents all the subsidiaries bundled within the Cluster with a focus on implementing Group IT solutions, local application and user support. The cluster consist of countries in northern Europe; Nordics, Baltics, Benelux and UK. You will plan, coordinate, and design all operational activities of the Cluster IT, as well as provide strategic direction and support for IT solutions to support Northern Europe ambition to drive profitable growth as member of the Hero Group.
You will have the responsibility for two teams, 2 applications specialist and 3 technical IT-support specialists. You will also supervise the external consultants who support these teams. The team members work outspread in northern Europe; Sweden, Benelux and UK.
As an IT-manager at Semper you will work closely with Group IT competence centers and local decision makers in other competencies to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Semper is currently on an exciting digitalization journey with a lot of projects incoming. You will be responsible for all IT-projects at Semper and within the Cluster where you have full budget control for your area. Since this position is new, you will have the opportunity to form it according to your own preferences and areas of interest. The IT-manager is a member of the Group IT Board.
Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:
• Bachelor level or equivalent experience in the field of IT
• Experience of IT planning and development, project management and policy development
• 3-5 years proven track record in management
• Fluent in English, meritorious with fluent Swedish
In order to succeed in the position as an IT-manager at Semper, you thrives in communicative situations. You have the ability to present ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly way. As a person, you are independent and take full responsibility for your own working tasks. Furthermore, you are used to be working in a structured way and can effectively prioritize your work. You are an experienced leader and can motivate and inspire your employees in a positive way. Finally, you prefer to be working in a family-atmosphere workplace where the decisions paths are short and where you have opportunities to be able to influence.
In this position, we will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
