hela Sverige As the areas of infrastructure, integration and development platforms at Sandvik Mining and Construction are growing we need to recruit more people to Sandvik Mining and Constructions CIO - Office. We are therefore looking for a person who is genuinely interested in technology, system development and, especially, integration-related matters. You would play a role in which you would have frequent contacts Sandvik's IT and development companies (in the area of integration) in order to ensure continuity and that the area is held together.
Key performance areas
This position involves development of the integration platform, Connectivity FrameWork, which is now being built. The work will also entail developing the framework, issuing standards, guidelines and administration rules, as well as being responsible for the development of operation services that are adapted to the stringent demands for availability and scalability in a global environment. The following will be demanded in your role:
• Supply/Sourcing - Supplier Integration
• eCommerce / WebPortal for Extranet
• Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse
• Service development in the ERP area
You will be given the opportunity to develop governance in the area, version handling of published services, safety handling, etc. Initially, a "librarian" function for the area also needs to be built.
In your position you will report to the Global Manager for Infrastructure, Integration and Development.
Your profile
Your background should be university education in the IT area, plus a few years' work experience. Experience in Integration, ESB concept, SOA, WEB Services will be considered as strong merits. Besides this, it is important that you are knowledgeable in both Microsoft's and IBM's integration platforms.
We believe you are interested in IT services as an "enabler" in order to develop business, and that you have the ability to navigate among the special interests that are always present in the area of IT. We also want you to able to act as purchaser with the focus on delivery capacity and cost effectiveness. This position requires some business travelling.
