In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Managing major transformation initiatives concerning technology, processes and people.
• Propose scope and rationale for candidate transformations.
• Investigation and analysis of opportunities and related risks and challenges.
• Project and programs governance, including managing and taking part in steering committees.
• Act as single-point-of-contact towards other initiatives and stakeholders.
What is needed in this role:
• Seniority in IT management and transformation, preferably within IT infrastructure and cloud.
• Proven track-record of significant IT transformation activities.
• Excellent leadership and ability to communicate on all levels.
• Strong drive to motivate teams and make changes come true.
• Technical understanding on conceptual level.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent English
