An excellent IT environment is a must to stay competitive and contribute to a better tomorrow. The IT Communication and Training team at Atlas Copco is helping to bridge the gap between technology and people.
Do you want to join the global team and the journey to improve the employee experience and shorten the time to competence? We now have a temporary position as IT Training Support available. The duration of the contract is ten months, and the position is localized at Atlas Copco headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm.
Mission of the role
The overall responsibility is to identify and define awareness and training needs related to IT tools and be part of delivering content to trainings and competence development activities globally.
You will proactively drive awareness and competence development activities from IT community to different stakeholders in order to transmit best practices so that we can work in a secure and efficient way, adapt to our business needs, and reduce time to competence.

What we expect of you
• You have a collaborative, networking and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• You have proven communication skills and are experienced in producing content that is both pedagogical and engaging
• You like changes, and are structured but agile
• You are proactive and willing to get involved in a variety of tasks ranging from high level strategic to more detailed and routine
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written is a must. Other languages are an asset
• You are a skilled writer and have an eye for graphics
• You are IT savvy and interested and experienced in Microsoft 365 applications
• You have a great interest in working with organizational change management
