YOUR MISSION

As IT Training and Support Specialist, your mission is to focus on creating the best possible user experience and training for all system users to perform their best.

The IT Team at Picadeli HQ provides IT Services to all Picadeli markets, both in Europe and the US. In the role as IT Training & Support Specialist, you will be an important link to all countries, supporting the local markets with system-related questions & trainings.
One of your main focuses will be to actively work to reduce support issues, focusing on improved user friendliness and training of users. As part of this, you are responsible for providing a good introduction to our IT systems, identifying areas where users need more education and providing feedback to the development team on how to avoid problems in the future.
You will create training material and carry out trainings to ensure a proper level of competence among all users.
The role further includes working actively with the user interface in our ERP and CRM, adapting it to the needs of the different departments and markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support local superusers in all markets and departments (ordering, sales, purchasing, finance, item master data..)

2nd line support to ERP & CRM users for all markets and departments

Lead the user training for new processes and systems in current and new markets

Work with continuous education of both new and existing users, identify areas where the users need more education, prepare education materials and educate either digitally or on site.

Identify and communicate need for improvement in our systems based on recurring support issues

As our company is constantly growing and developing, the position might in the future also include further systems and tasks.

This position is based at Picadeli HQ in Gothenburg, and you will report to the IT Manager. Occasional travelling, both domestic and international, is included in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role we believe that you have experience of working with an ERP, preferably Jeeves, in e.g. customer support, purchase or finance departments and an interest in how systems are setup to support work processes.

You are curious and interested in how people work, what challenges may appear and enjoy creating solutions to simplify workflows and tasks.

Further, you have great system knowledge and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new ones.

You have excellent pedagogic skills.

Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement for this role, knowledge in French, German or Finnish is meritorious.

Knowledge in SQL meritorious but not required.
