hela Sverige We are recruiting an IT Technician to join the IT Team at Pirelli & Däckia. In this role you will work with supporting staff/users within both Pirelli Tyre Nordic and Däckia with a broad aspect of IT technical topics. You will be part of team of 3, and report to the IT Manager in the Nordics, and cooperate with both internal as well as external key stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Upgrading systems to enable compatible software on all computers.
Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and supporting the first line support.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Managing technical documentation.
Order technical equipment.
Focus on improvements in the IT environment and implementing best practices.
Offload system owner with answering user questions about the ERP system.
Who are you?
You have a few years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance, and an IT/Technical school degree or equivalent experience.
You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and in writing.
Expected Computer and software skills:
Windows Server
Windows workstation
Office 365
Telephony, mobile and land lines
Vendor contact with experience in purchasing flows
Application management
File shares
NAS
Microsoft AD
Basic network knowledge
Print servers and printers
Previous experience in ERP systems such as Microsoft NAV and SAP is a merit.
To be successful in the role, you need to be organized, analytical with attention to details, and good problem solving skills. It is important that you are customer focused, with social competence and good communication skills. You have a technical know-how and product knowledge, and motivated by a role where you can contribute to the business.
