Are you a problem solver with a creative mind? We are now looking for a junior IT Technician that wants to work with global brands!
In this role you will be working with various tasks that can vary from day to day, based on clients needs. The tasks can vary between data input, troubleshooting, content management and more. You will be working with technologies such as Azure cloud hosting and Sitecore editing and therefore knowledge in some of these is good to have but not a requirement.
You will be working with industry leading clients, so your efforts will often get a global audience. In your work you will assist 3rd parties in troubleshooting their integration towards our system, support markets all around the world with questions and errors that they might find and work preemptively to locate and fix gaps to secure a good user experience. Communication with the clients and their users are handled through email or their task management system in written english.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience working as an IT Technician
• Education within IT
• Fluent in written and oral english

You have worked with something similar before and love to give great service to clients and users. You know how to prioritize activities to get the best value for the end user. You are solution oriented and gets thing done. You have strong communication skills and are open-minded. You love to learn and take on new challenges in an inspiring environment where you are always aloud to ask when you don't know the answer.
You will be employed by Dfind IT and work as a consultant at our client. The client's intention is that after 6 months you will be employed directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.
