Tasks and responsibilities:
As an IT technician at Flowbox, you'll be expected to take an overall responsibility for the internal IT environment. Today, the responsibility is spread over various internal employees, but since the company doubled its employees in 2020, they are now looking for you - someone who can take a holistic approach internally.

Since the role is broad and varied, it includes, for example, responsibility for functionality and efficiency regarding internal systems, purchase of IT such as hardware, general IT-support to users and handling of the network. You will also be responsible for adding and removing users during on- and off-boarding, including interacting with other departments regarding licenses. Internally, both Mac and Windows are used as work tools and operating systems. Part of the work can then be to review clients and hardware to create a compliance. Flowbox currently has a third-party solution that operates internal servers and networks and supports IT-related issues. Depending on your experience and expertise, the third-party solution will be replaced by you.
As an IT technician at Flowbox, you will step into a completely new role, which means that this position is suitable for someone looking for development, challenges and new opportunities. You will get an overall responsibility where you become a central function in the company.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience of IT support, purchasing of IT and administration of users
• Passionate about tech and IT
• Fluent in English, both casual and business use
• Knowledge of Swedish is a merit, but not required
To fit into the position as IT technician, you need to be motivated by acting problem-solving in combination with interest in and ability to immerse yourself in complex problems. Additionally, you strive to help your employees in a solution-oriented way and can solve questions without given answers. You will also take great ownership of your responsibilities, the execution of these and ensure that everything is completed on time. You are good at planning and driving your work forward and can easily structure your own time and day. You are also curious and motivated to start and drive new projects, points for improvement and ideas forward. Finally, you see a value in collaborating with others as a central role in the company.
