We are now looking for an On-site technician for our Global IT-function. The position is permanent and will be located in Helsingborg.
What you can expect from us
We offer you a broad and challenging IT-job with a lot of developing opportunities such as:
• Providing on-site support at Helsingborg site by carrying out IT Support activities requiring physical presence on-site, e.g. workstation installations and workstation leasing changes.
• Acting as "local hands" for the Global Service Desk. Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests that have been escalated to him/her by the Service Desk
• Documenting solutions for resolved incidents and requests within knowledgebase, ITSM tool, and Asset management system
• Management of Mobile Phones such as ordering, handeling of invoices, subscriptions and orders for IT accessories
• Participating in the creation of Framework orders and to produce the basis for these
• Substituting Local IT in best effort in supporting site critical systems in case of illness. Support / Guidance will be given by site Local IT via telephone.
What you'll bring to the team
We expect you to have:
• Min. 2 years' experience in a service desk and/or with on-site work
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of workstation technology, troubleshooting, and installations
• Service-minded, very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to Kemira site in Denmark
• Driver's license class B
