Technology Services is a team at Lindex IT department which supports infrastructure and production services. In addition to qualified problem solving as third line the team works with creating new services and renewing existing services in line with the business needs. The main focus now is development of new services in our stores, integration to cloud services, security and data analytics.
The team works with an agile approach and high level of transparency.
We are looking fora skilled IT Technician to join the team. You have probably worked as a Database Administrator for a few years and are now looking to expand your knowledge in additional areas.
You willparticipate in a generation shift in our database environments with good opportunities to build with the latest technology. You will serve as third line on database related issues and will get an opportunity to participate and evolve as a specialist in selected areas.

You like working at all levels, ranging from solving practical problems in operations to creating new solutions and managing projects.
You are driven by the possibility to improve the customers experience through smart and cost effective IT solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years documented experience as DBA (Oracle and/or MS SQL)
• Good knowledge about virtualization and performance
• Understanding the fundamentals in ITSM
• Experience from Microsoft enterprise products
• Experience from IT Operations
• Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Retail business experience is an advantage as well as project management experience.
It is also considered a merit if you have knowledge in any of the following technologies: Citrix, Service-now, Exchange, Nagios, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, SCCM, PowerShell.

This is a permanent position based at Lindex office in Partille. On call duties are included in the role.
