For our client we are looking for a Technician to new WAN roll-out

Job description:
NextNet Roll-out is a global network infrastructure project with the aim to roll-out a new WAN design to all of the Clients sites worldwide. The end result should be an internet based infrastructure adapted for a cloud environment. Hence business requirement on availability will be the denominator for network access balancing cost vs business needs. The project will for every country go through a four-step process, Gather, Analyze, Decide and Implement to secure proper infrastructure design.
This role as a country project coordinator is the key role to make the transformation happen and is a vital part within a team that has a regional focus. The project coordinator will work in close cooperation with other functions to secure implementation and will be the bridge between the local IT organization and the central resources used to secure the transformation. It is of large importance the right candidate has a good understanding of network infrastructure as well as understanding the needs to follow-up on agreed deliveries and keeping the right key stakeholders informed on progress. Activities in the role includes, among many other things to order hardware, WAN links and secure configuration and installations.

This person will be the delivery responsible towards the order for the implementation and will ensure that the delivery meets the requirements as well as time frames.

Working tasks
Coordinate deliveries and implementation of solutions within IT infrastructure
Work closely together with different stakeholders - i.e. suppliers, global IT staff, service owners and project managers
Administer and coordinate hardware orders, licenses, WAN links and services and ensure service delivery towards the orderer
Handle maintenance of documentation, processes and flows
Actively work with constant improvements of processes, tools and routines
Secure communication with key stakeholders
Work closely with assigned solution architects and service delivery managers

Specific Competence
Experience from managing large network providers
Experience in requirements work on purchases of services
Experience of global roll-out projects
Experience of implementations projects
Experience of requirements for- and purchasing of hardware, licenses and services
3-5 years' experience of working with IT-services within technical infrastructure such as network
Experience of working in a global company and its IT environment
Experience of working with external service suppliers
Ability to plan and handle many complex and parallel tasks simultaneously

General competence
Have a good understanding of large networks/Internet and the structures behind.
Good knowledge of working with Office365 since this is one of our primary tools
Experience of ITIL and ITSM
Have understanding and insight into technology and infrastructure/operations in an overall level
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Communication skills in Swedish is a plus
