hela Sverige In this role you will be responsible for the IT equipment in our head office and also for the equipment in our stores. You will be responsible for purchase of IT related equipment, e.g. personal computer systems, network equipment, printers, and peripherals. You will alo administer- and purchase application licenses for various systems.
You will provides technical support to employees for desktop systems software and -hardware and also network infrastructure. Due to when staff might be out of office you will be required to respond to telephone, email and direct requests for technical support.
• Setting up and manage user accounts.
• Preparing workstations for new employees.
• Installing personal computer systems, upgrades, and peripherals.
• Support for windows and mac computers and also phones.
• Performing preventive maintenance on system hardware.
• Troubleshooting of networking if necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
The role requires someone who is self-motivated and a quick learner. Some issues may require you to collaborate with other staff members and/or departments, so the ability to work with others is crucial, but also the capacity to work independently.
Must have:
Genuine interest in technology.
Experience with Windows and/or MacOS.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of computer-based networking.
Excellent problem solving and teaching abilities.
Nice to have:
Ecommerce experience.
Experience with Google Suite.
Experience in working with Linux/Unix systems.
Knowledge in a programming language.
