hela Sverige Avalanche Studios is looking for a talented IT technician to join our IT department. As the IT technician you will work with internal first line support to our staff in the Stockholm studio. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and solving tickets, escalating tickets to our 2nd Line team, as well as assemble and troubleshoot client compute
You will be a part of the IT department together with an infrastructure programmer, system administrators, and our PC technicians, while reporting to our IT manager.
To succeed in this role you will need previous work experience, know your way around computers, how to build them and have a true passion for it!
Main responsibilities
Handle incoming 1st Line tickets through Jira/RT independently and in a professional way
Keep an updated hardware and software inventory when changes occur
Assistance of client hardware upgrades
Assessment of technical equipment/setup when necessary
Handle registration and cancellation of security RFID tags
Ensure functionality of the studio's many conference rooms
Required qualifications
Service minded
Well organized and used to taking own initiatives and executing on them
Experience of building computers
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Active Directory
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
Be passionate about IT and computers
