About the role and you
We're looking to bring our outsourced IT back in-house and as part of this transition, we are now on the lookout for an IT Technical Support Administrator to join us! You will be part of an international team and based at our plant in Diö, Sweden. This is an on-site role that provides user support and you will be responsible for the Nordic Region which includes Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
As this is a change to our current way of working, the role will adapt to suit the business needs over time, so we're looking for someone who is resilient and is willing to be flexible as we transition IT in-house and further scope the requirements.
Some task you will perform:
• Help employees with Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support
• Ensure all regional IT issues are managed and resolved
• Administer the local computer network and services
• Configure local IT hardware and maintain all upgrades and installation of software to devices
• Installing computer and network equipment
• Troubleshooting IT equipment for employees
• IT setup of workstations and meeting rooms
• Assisting with the maintenance and support of servers
• Maintaining an equipment database
You'll need:
• Knowledge of windows 7, 10 and 11 operating systems
• Demonstrated experience in Azure Cloud platforms including Office365, SharePoint, Windows server in addition experience with Cisco phone systems and wireless infrastructure is desirable
• Previous experience (ideally 3+years) in a similar role
• Excellent service, communication and coordination skills
• Multi-functional enterprise-wide experience is preferred
• To be fluent in English and Swedish, knowledge in Danish and/or Norwegian is merited
• A driver 's licence
You'll bring personality with great interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with others. You'll be the go to person for all types of systems support. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is able to easily translate technical information to others in away that can be understood.
You will be responsible for our four Nordic sites, our plant in Diö and our sales offices in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The position will require frequent travels to these locations and on occasion other business travels within Europe.
Location
You will be located at our plant in Diö, a small village in an entrepreneurial area of Småland. Near by you find the lake Möckeln and can take a stroll down to the harbor during your lunch break. Across the street is the train station and you can easily commute by train, it 's a 10 min ride from Älmhult and 30 min from Växjö and Hässleholm.
