hela Sverige Schneider Electric is now looking for IT technical customer support for our IT technical business. The position is based in Nyköping and you will be a part of the Nordic team of four employees within Customer Care Center.
Your primary responsibility is to be the single point of contact for IT Business (former APC) customers and provide support within the region, establishing a strong and professional relationship with assigned accounts and contacts whilst assisting the sales team to increase revenue and market share. This includes first call resolutions for the majority of customer queries.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Provide post sales support to customers (for example validate entitlement and assisting customers with unit diagnosis).
• Logging customer details, problem descriptions and escalating complex cases.
• Take complete ownership of all customers' issues until resolution and ensure timely follow up on all commitments.
• Provide pre sales to customers by referring them to local resellers / creating web orders.
• Administrate claims and warranties
• Identify opportunities and respond to requests on product pricing/features.
• Follow up on leads generated form marketing activities.
• Perform call backs on customer surveys
Requirements
• You have relevant IT technical customer support experience with good multi tasking skills.
• Experience of IT & electrical network is a plus
• You must be fluent in Finnish and English, also Swedish is an advantage.
• You have good working knowledge of major operating systems (Microsoft, UNIX) and/ or server environments.
• Habit of using CRM tools.
