My name is Anneli Joelsson, and I'm head of Invoicing & Transactional Document team within Telia IT. We are a great team of highly professional experts, responsible for development and maintenance for IT application supporting the CRM and Payment domain. We are now looking for a senior IT Technical Architect to join our team. Your location will be in Sundsvall.

As a member of my team, you will support our global roll out of Invoicing & Transactional Documents service in Telia for the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will also ensure that our IT solution meet the business need regarding functionality, changeability, and maintainability in a cost-efficient way.
To achieve goals in this journey, you need to establish a close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in IT, you work on both strategic level and operational level. Together with your team, you will play a major role in continuous architectural work for transactional document applications in Telia Company.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Responsible for the technical architecture (strategy, roadmaps, and transition plans).
Security process awareness, both global and local.
Lead and communicate with external developers and system suppliers in more technical issues.
Monitoring the market to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging solutions and technologies.

This is a job that calls for someone who understand IT, business, processes, and people. You find it easy to build strong, trustful relations with people in different positions. You are proactive and self-driven person with high delivery capability and hands-on attitude in architectural design on various levels. You will be working closely with the business, IT architects and technology teams to secure different deliverables.
Key success factor for new team member is a curiosity and eagerness, to be self-organized, structured, like challenging tasks and willing to take initiative.
Your personal competencies:
You are good at communicating and being transparent to support the team in a change journey
You are a social team player who also can work independently
You have a drive and a curiosity for technical development.
You enjoy co-operating with others, building relationships with other IT teams and business units.
Your Experience:
Experience as an IT architect, at least around five years
Experience with requirement gathering and understanding business needs
Experience working according to SAFe or other agile methodologies
Experience with API's, cloud, CI/CD and DevOps
Extra points for TMForum Open API knowledge
Extra points for education or certificate as an IT Architect.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Swedish (spoken and written) and English
