hela Sverige Is IT your thing and do you enjoy helping your colleagues when they have technical issues? Do you have knowledge within Microsoft 365 and infrastructure? Great! We are looking for an IT/Tech support to our IT Service Desk located in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. You are part of our IT Technology team, working as an IT/Tech Support in our IT Service Desk, you make sure to support your colleagues in all parts of Lindex, from our offices to our stores, distribution centre, production in all our markets. You contribute to a great employee experience when you find solutions, support and guide users when it comes to IT- and technology related questions. With your competence and interest in IT, you are the expert and the go to person for your colleagues when it comes to IT/tech support.
On daily basis you work with many different tasks, where you support the users in technical matters over phone, tickets, email and chat. The work offers a great variety and covers all technical issues from troubleshooting both hardware and software to different kind of application and network related challenges. You are a part of our digital transformation making sure to develop our tech support in continuing to become more modern and automated. At Lindex, we seek constant improvement, and you are a natural part of making us even better - for example how to handle tickets in a more efficient way and how to digitalise even more.
Is this you? With your competence in IT/Tech you are always looking to improve and develop, making sure the IT Service Desk gives the user the best experience. You suggest new ideas, are curious in knowing more about IT/tech and have an eye for details. You have great communications skills, making sure to explain and help the users in the best way possible.
You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Completed secondary/post-secondary education in a relevant IT field.
Experience working with AD on prem, Azure AD, Microsoft365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online and technical troubleshooting
Experience with Intune and SCCM
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driving license B
Meritorious: Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk
Meritorious: MAC, Teams conferencing room, network knowledge
