We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator to join the global Group IT Team at Medius. You will join a small but effective team that provides IT services to employees in Europe, North America and Australia. Since we are a true cloud company delivering our AP Automation solution MediusFlow as a SaaS service to our customers, we really believe in using the Cloud services internally as well. We rely on services mainly in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 as well as Atlassian's Jira and Confluence cloud. As a Systems Administrator it is therefore important to be forward thinking and interested in being in the technical forefront and work for enhancements in that direction while at the same time make sure Medius end users do get the information, education and support needed to utilize the tools and platforms. The daily work tasks are varying, and the IT Teams responsibilities are broad. Therefore, you need to be flexible and open to adjust your priorities in a fast pace. You will join a fast-growing company with many talented and dedicated people, developing and working in the cloud. Beside the mentioned characteristics we think you enjoy supporting people with great IT, are structured enough to manage a (sometimes long) list of tasks and always willing to learn more.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support employees in all Medius' business units globally with the IT services they need to meet their targets delivering customer value. This include setup and deliver of laptops and mobile devices etc.
User administration following our On and Off-boarding policies of employees
System administration and monitoring of IT services such as Windows/Azure AD, Office 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams etc.), Atlassian cloud, Dynamics 365 and more.
Participate in IT related projects within Medius
What We Expect You to Bring to the Table:
A supportive and helping attitude towards our users
A great Information Technology interest eager to learn more and enhance Medius ' IT infrastructure
Experience in IT technologies such as system administration, database administration, user account administration as well as server administration. Mainly this is within Microsoft's products and techniques.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure is beneficial.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Experience and knowledge about Information Security - standards, best practices and compliance.
Fluent in verbal and written English
A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions together with your team while having fun at work.
Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar - or equivalent work experience.

You will report to the IT Manager
Location is Linköping or Stockholm (both offices centrally located)
Travels are/will be required
