ASSIGNMENTS
As an IT System Owner you will support ERP program implementation for all global functions by assisting project team and project managers in various aspects of the change management process. You have a key role in building true partnership with IsaDora business functions and support PowerUsers in daily work with external partners. Furthermore, you will work with implementing new solutions in close cooperation with all business units as the interface between business teams and IT.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Support ERP program implementation and assist the organization.
Build partnerships with IsaDora business functions and support owners in daily work.
Work closely with external partners to ensure end-to-end operational stability.
Coordinate system changes and drive execution of system improvements.
Identify requirements for new and existing solutions and contribute to business case definition.
Monitor technology trends, identify opportunities and translate project plans.
Identify appropriate IT Training for users and coordinate external partner resources.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the roles as IT System Owner you are a driven and true team-player with previous experience from a similar role. You are willing to learn and challenge yourself, and you bring value by your ability to form productive relationships. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of business processes and system structures required to support those. In addition, you enjoy working in a supportive and cross-functional role.

Important for the position:
Previous experience from a similar position within IT or Business with a strong technology component.
Experience from working cross functionally, a great understanding of business processes and knowledge of system structures.
Preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Business/Digital.
Fluent in Swedish and English. German is a plus, but not a must.
