Your role
For this position Clevry is in charge for the recruitment process and you will be directly hired by Fortum.
As an IT System Engineer you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of business critical systems, such as SCADA systems, and energy trading applications.
You will support users in their daily job, and collaborate with other IT System Engineers in troubleshooting and fixing application and infra related issues according to agreed service levels. You will also participate in the development and continuous improvement of the IT systems, owning the successful delivery of the assigned development items. You will ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will secure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. You will participate in the 24/7 operations support, which means that preparedness is included in the role every sixth week.
The position is based in the Fortum office in Solna, Sweden.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering and strong interest in IT systems, infrastructure and automationand. You also have to be fluent Swedish and english both written and spoken.
Preferably we require:
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining IT Systems according to agreed service levels
• Basic experience in programming
• Experience in databases like My SQL, MS- SQL, Oracle databases etc.
• Windows Server administrator knowledge (AD, Windows Services, Event Log, Certificate Store, etc)
• AWS-base level knowledge, including,
• Cloud Watch (logs)
• AIM (users, roles, permissions)
• Security groups, ACLs (Firewalls)
• Certificate manager (ACM)
• S3
• AWS CLI
• EKS CLI - kubectl
• ELK stack
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of application management lifecycle and ITIL processes
• Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:
• Visual Basic for Applications
• C#, Python, Java
• Terraform
• EKS, Docker
• MSK / Kafka
• Git / Github Actions
• experience in working with Hydro Power Plants and energy trading applications
