ITN is an integrated IT function within Skanska, co-owning business success, striving to be closely integrated with our business partners and sharing Skanska's overall goals and values.
Our focus is currently directed towards supporting the digital transformation in the industry, in order to create better opportunities for easier use of IT-related services within Skanska.

Role Description
Our Business Systems function maintains and develops the Skanska Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as Oracle Fusion with various integrated applications. This includes to support the business with solutions within Human Capital Management, Finance and Supply Chain areas.
In the System Administrator role, you are responsible for ensuring that availability, performance, capacity and security meet the requirements for the services that our organization provides. This includes managing maintenance-, incident- and change management tasks for Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite. You will also be managing configuration for platform services and monitor alerts, events and system resources in order to ensure optimal performance.
Another part of the job scope is to drive the automation and implementation of routine tasks and to collaborate with internal resources and 3rd parties in change requests.

The location for this position will be at Skanska's headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
About You
We are looking for a service-minded and curious person with a solution and result oriented approach. You are comfortable to collaborate with different people and enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with others. You see change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle and is ready to take own initiative and proactively solve issues on various levels.
Furthermore, we believe that the right candidate have fundamental knowledge and solid skills in ERP systems and/or finance software and a genuine technical interest, probably from working in a similar role as this one.
Since this role requires the capability to collaborate with various stakeholders, it is essential that you have great communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across different parts of the organization. You have very good skills in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking.
