hela Sverige In the IT System Administrator role, you are responsible for providing excellent customer support. It means supporting end user IT services with high reliability and quality where you coordinate, follow up and resolve IT incidents and business requests. The role spans over both infrastructure and applications and your work includes deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, system and network. You will also work with user groups to improve SharePoint adoption and ensure proper governance of SharePoint sites. As a part of your responsibility for SharePoint you setup and configure SharePoint sites based on user requirements and support users with changes and incidents related to SharePoint and document management. Another part of the job is to collaborate with the IT Team on projects developed locally or regionally in Europe and also manage projects yourself.

We are searching for you who are a service-minded and curious person with a solution oriented approach. You see change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle and proactively solve issues on various levels. We believe that the right candidate have fundamental knowledge and solid skills in technology from working in a similar role. That includes experience from working with IT technologies like windows platforms and Office packages, VMWARE environments, Video Conference systems and mobiles. You have been working with SharePoint or other Content Management Systems and you have professional Information Technology education or certifications.
Since this role requires the capability to collaborate with various stakeholders, it is essential that you have great communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across different parts of the organization. You have very good skills in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. German is meritorious.
