You will be working in a team of six people at the HQ office in Malmö although there are 17 employees in this department globally. Your team members have positions such as CIO, system developer, Support & Office, ERP specialist, system administrator, etc. The team members in Malmö are used to close collaborations, helping each other when solving problems and are open to different ways of working. You would be employed by Academic Work but working as a consultant at Beijer Electronics AB. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You would be asked to work three days a week between 8:00-12:00 with the possibility to work more if you wish.
As an IT Support Technician you would be:
• Delegating support cases to applicable departments at Beijer Electronics globally
• Helping users unlock their accounts
• Helping local users with live support. Anything from computers that will not start to applications that crash
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• You are studying in a IT-related field with at least 1 more year left of your studies
• Able to work 3 days a week from 8:00-12:00
• Have a genuine interest for IT and problem-solving
• Have knowledge of computer hardware and of experience troubleshooting network errors
• Are unimpeded in English, as you will be in contact with colleagues globally
