We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join us in our Mölnlycke office. The task is to enable our team to succeed providing a trustable IT environment that always is improving. You'll be part of an Enterprise team and working with Emerson colleagues globally.
For this position you need to enjoy troubleshooting and solve problems for others and have good communication skills!
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician at Emerson you will support the IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure ensuring the utilization of HW, SW and Communication Systems are consistent with the Enterprise IT strategy. You will maintain the facility IT components Audio and video conferencing systems and assist in IT Budget preparation and cost-control.
You will give onsite support, together with full advantage of centrally provided IT services including Design, Operations and Service Desk to meet the agreed SLAs.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with IT education or equivalent (experience may be considered in lieu of formal education). You have at least 5 years' experience in IT support / System admin role. IT is your passion!
Skills/experience
• Management skills in AD, TCPIP/network/firewalls, Windows servers/clients & deployment, Office 365 and print
• Bonus skills & experience off:
o Managing and supporting Audio and video conferencing
o Business mobile platform, supporting Samsung & iPhone with MDM system
o Cloud infrastructure knowledge and/or experience
You are a detailed oriented person and like to plan your work load in a structured way. You like to take initiative, be flexible and work in a high tempo in a multi-faced organization. Experience with international contacts and global processes is a merit.
This position has wide contacts both internally and externally, you are an outgoing person, service minded and have good social skills. Our business environment is highly international, meaning you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
