hela Sverige We are on behalf of one of our customer in Göteborg looking for a consultant for the part-time (3 days a week) position as a IT Support Technician & Systems Administrator.

Job description:
End user support and local server administration,
• Is responsible of 1st level problem analysis and resolution, escalation to 2nd level support when required and maintenance of tickets resolution database and knowledge.
This role include 2nd level problem analysis and resolution, escalation to 3rd level support when required, administration of servers, maintenance of hardware and software inventories and documentation of patches, new configurations, administration procedures, systems tuning and performance, data backup.
Manage problems and incidents. Install, release and maintain systems; Manage changes; Manage performance and capacity; Ensure continuous service; Ensure Systems security; Manage the configuration; Manage Data
Implements and accomplishes standards and compliance requirements as defined in ITPM and SOX regulations.
Assure local system security and availability.
Is willing to be available on-call when required to ensure proper level of service and response time in case of critical incidents.
Requires 2+ years experience.
Required competence:
• Candidates must be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, proactive and motivated
• Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in English/Swedish
Wanted competence:
• Degree in Computer Science, related engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English and local language
• Teamwork and communication skills
• MCSE or MCSA certifications are recommended
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 months (3 days/ week) with possibility for further extension.
Location: Göteborg
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish & English
