Your role:
The international team of Apsis is growing and that is why we are looking for a new colleague for the internal support. As an IT support Technician you would be helping the employees at Apsis with their day-to-day computer issues. These include:
Hardware and software (Microsoft and Apple environment) maintenance and trouble-shooting.
Manage and maintain other technical equipment and manage permissions and orders.
Working directly with employees at our main office and via phone and email with our other offices.
Coming up with ideas on improving the daily work for both the department and your colleagues.
Required skills:
Experience of working in an internal IT support or similar is a must
Knowledge in managing Active Directory
Knowledge about hardware and software in both Microsoft and Apple environment
Fluent written and spoken English & Swedish
Bonus skills:
It would be a plus, if you have participated in implementation, administration and troubleshooting of a Citrix environment or equivalent system.
Relevant education in IT or network is an advantage.
