OmboriGrid is seeking a skilled Support Technician to join our team in Sweden (Stockholm area). As a IT Technician, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on security, compliance, and reliability.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for ambitious and creative engineers who are up for the challenge.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a global SaaS platform infrastructure, which comprises a diverse array of services and applications.You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge IoT, embedded, web, mobile, and AI solutions that enhance the lives of end users.
Manage and maintain Ombori Grid SaaS platform cloud infrastructure on global scale in Microsoft Azure, including the deployment of Node backend services, Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, databases and security configurations.
Creating secure and compliant environments that meet industry standards and regulations
Implement IaC approach using tools like Terraform templates to automate the provisioning, scaling, and management of our infrastructure.
Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance our applications (Node), infrastructure, and systems using relevant tools to ensure stability and cost-efficiency
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and efficient build and deployment process.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and tested regularly to minimize downtime and data loss.
Collaborate closely with the development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements, develop deployment strategies, and ensure the smooth delivery of software releases.
Requirements
Are you the right fit?
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and other relevant Azure services.
Proficiency in Node environment and related tooling
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and container orchestration concepts.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps or other similar tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Knowledge of IaC tools, such as Terraform
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools, such as Azure Monitor, Grafana or Prometheus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Self-starter attitude. You will enjoy this role if you like responsibility and accountability
We work in a hybrid mode - the ability to visit our office to work with real devices and hardware, whenever needed, is important.
We'd love it if you also had the following:
Familiarity with or prior experience in implementing and adhering to ISO 27001 and related security standards, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices in information security management.
IoT/hardware interest. It's great if you have interest in IoT solutions or prior experience with IoT technologies.
Product interest. Experience working in a product-oriented company will be a plus.
