Nobia, Europe's leading kitchen specialists with 15+ brands, including Marbodal, HTH, Magnet and Sigdal, is in the most ambitious period in the company's history and is now looking for a IT Support Technician to our new factory in Jönköping.

Here is a unique opportunity to really be involved from the start when Nobia builds one of Europe's most advanced factories for kitchens in Jönköping. Nobia is investing in first-class equipment and expects to reach full capacity in 2024. At the same time, Nobia is setting up a new business plan for the Group and will make the first manufacturing launch in the new factory in Jönköping. As a IT Support Technician you will give physical support in all elements of IT at the factory - initially participating in rollout as the factory evolves, moving into a second line support role.

Examples of tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Physical installation and patching of network hardware
• Installation, maintenance and support of a wide spectrum of new-tech office and factory floor hardware
• 2nd line support to global Infrastructure and Service Management teams where hands-on support is required
• Bridging the gap between Machine Suppliers, Production Engineering and Maintenance teams on IT-related issues

Desired experience / knowledge

• Solid experience of all aspects of IT within industrial manufacturing, shop floor environments
• The ability to work proactively in high-paced enviroments and with cutting edge technologies
• A flexible team player able to collaborate across organizational boundaries and geographies in both driving and supportive roles
• Personal qualities and fitting into team are as important as technical knowledge and experience
• Windows server & AD, Cloud, Cisco networking - WLAN, WAN, LAN , Private 5G, Industrial Manufacturing
• Drivers Licence
• Fluent in English & Swedish
• Relevant education or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
