The role
The IT support role is broad and we offer you an opportunity to work with
Setting up laptops and mobile devices
Installing and configuring software and computer systems
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware
Establishing accounts for new users and assisting with password or login problems
Providing first level support and training to end users
Monitoring requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolving in a timely manner
Maintaining procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
Maintaining all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices both Android and Mac)
Keeping meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone & other equipment) functional at all times
Managing IT asset equipment.
About you
In this role you are truly a problem solver and a customer-oriented and patient approach is the way to go.
Formally, you have
Relevant education within Information Technology
Working knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows 7 & 10, MacOS)
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Familiarity with G Suite administration
MS Office knowledge
Basic networking skills
Very good command of the Swedish and English language.
Awesome but not necessary
Some work experience of a technical support role
Basic scripting knowledge in Windows PowerShell and/or Batch.
