We are now expanding our IT department with one more service minded and tech enthusiastic IT Support Technician!
As Support Technician you are part of Exeger IT crew, dedicated to designing, delivering, supporting and managing the lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. No job is too small, and no challenge is too big! You'll be providing technical expertise, supporting the business with daily projects and activities as directed. Responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the organization, managing multiple requests simultaneously. This includes upgrading and trouble-shooting of all IT related equipment - SW/HW.
In this role you will take on a lot of responsibility and you will act as a first point of contact by receiving and handling error messages and questions received by mail, telephone and case management system. Putting it short, you will ensure that users have a reliable and user-friendly workplace, backed by the best possible support.

To succeed and feel comfortable in this role, we believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience and preferably you have also worked in a manufacturing company before.
